My name is Wesley, and I’m a professional mathematics tutor with experience working with both high school and college students. Refunds & Cancellations

All tutoring sessions are prepaid. No refunds are issued after a session has taken place, regardless of outcome or perceived results. Sessions cancelled more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund, while cancellations within 12 hours of the session and no-shows are non-refundable. Reschedules are treated as a type of cancellation. All session times are listed in the time zone shown at booking, and any applicable refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the tutor must cancel the session, a full refund will be issued.

Data Privacy

Only a client’s first and last name and email address are collected, and solely for scheduling, rescheduling, and direct communication related to tutoring sessions. No additional personal information is collected. This information is never sold, shared, or used for marketing or any unrelated purpose, and is retained only as necessary to provide the service.
